President Obama performed this important responsibility on Jan. 25.
The Feb. 17 meeting of The Lake of the Woods Democratic Club will be devoted to an open discussion of the president’s address — its substance, its tone and its place in the national political dialogue.
Members and interested guests are invited to take place is the discussion beginning at 1:30 p.m. in the Woods Center meeting room.
